A collet chuck is used in precision parts processing and requires excellent spring properties, wear resistance, and core runoff accuracy. Our company uses carefully selected materials to process Swiss-type fixed automatic lathes, pliers, and collet chucks from various specially designed machines in-house, from processing to heat treatment. We also place emphasis on dealing with short delivery times, from standard products to custom-made products.
Collet chucks for special machines
Custom-made chucks can be made from just one piece. We provide consultation, and can design and produce with short delivery time.
Collet chucks for automatic lathes
Our Φ6.0 or higher chucks come with a slip-retaining groove as standard.
In addition, additional horizontal grooves can be machined if desired.
The sub chuck can also be made to order to suit the workpiece.
Guide bushes for automatic lathes
This product uses special carbide and has very little creeping (cracks & galling), which has been a problem with conventional products.
We also have "cermet bushing" and "spiral bushing" for stainless steel which often experiences galling.

We provide high-quality re-polishing, regardless of carbide or high-speed steel materials, such as end mills, drills, and cutters.
By using renewed tools, you can expect to improve work efficiency and reduce costs.
High precision and high quality re-grinding
- We use a CNC 6-axis tool grinder and wet (oil) polishing method
- Guaranteed quality that can be used for "finishing processing" even after re-polishing
- Guaranteed polishing accuracy within 10μm, ball end mill R accuracy of ±0.005mm
The outer blade after re-polishing will be marked with new dimensions in an easy-to-see manner.

- Quotes are given for each polishing order and are offered at a reasonable price.
- Express delivery in 2-3 business days (receiving priority over regular orders)

- Where specific instructions are not given, we will perform optimal polishing based on our technical judgment.
How to order
- Please use our exclusive box.
- We will provide a special invoice via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
- Please place your tools in a box and ship them to us.
About shipping costs
- Free round-trip shipping for orders over 10 pieces, or a total amount of JPY 10,000 or more
- If the above does not apply, we charge a JPY 800 one-way shipping fee.
- For coating orders only, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
